Should have read other Google reviews before purchasing. NO RETURNS if any packaging has been opened, 25% restocking fee if you can return. Archaic policies - avoid if you can.

We bought a twin GPO with USB included. When our electrician went to install we were advised it was the wrong size , took it back to Rexel and both salesman and manager refused to refund, as the plastic bag, (original package) had been opened, even provided our receipt . We asked how else would we have been able to know this without trying to fit the component into the hole cavity in the wall.The product was 100% perfect condition when returned, it was due to a small plastic bag being opened to get the component out. Do not think this was legal to refuse a refund snd strongly recommend not using Rexel Osborne Park if this is their level of customer service.

Nice, helpful staff, plenty of products

Brought two lights but immediately after in car realised they did not suit the job so I returned them straight way, maximum of 10 minutes later. Got the refund but did not check receipt, later on checking netbank found that the full amount was not refunded, apparently they have a 25% restocking fee. Was not advised of this until I called, wont ever be shopping here again and will not recommend to anyone. Also wonder if this is legal?
